Eleanor Apartments is a luxury apartment building built in 1925.

The goal throughout the process of creating this logo was to represent the exterior of the nearly century-old building, while also representing its modern interior.

The mark includes a depiction of the building's facade, which forms the letter E when combined with the background. The humanist typeface Optima was used for the wordmark to portray a mix of modernity and elegance.
